Yahoo! Support Satisfaction Survey

I recently signed on to a credit card payment receiving service, sponsored by a site that specializes in email. So they say the service is free and I signed up for it. Then a few months later, they begin charging me $5 bucks a month to maintain the account. My understanding was that they would only charge me when I receive a payment by credit card. So since I haven't received any payments yet from anyone, they decide that they want cash for doing nothing. The site is designed to run automatically. There's nothing they have to do to maintain it, but they still want to charge me.
